LEFT-CSX 7721, 10:34 a.m. east turning southbound from Memphis. RIGHT-An inspection vehicle waits for a train from Memphis at 11:29 a.m. The view is looking east and you can still see the ties of the former Rock Island just this side of the truck.


A BNSF trackage rights train is about to enter the long, sharp curve to head south.


LEFT-BNSF 5187 and HLCX 7187, about 11:30 a.m. RIGHT-CSX 8021 from Memphis, 11:50 a.m. Dec 3, 2005.


LEFT-NS 9774 was part of this consist. Farther down the line to the south, this train will get on the main north-south Cotton Belt line and head to Pine Bluff and beyond.  RIGHT-UP 4835 passes the old ticket office at the Brinkley deot at 12:49 p.m. There were several other trains today, but I didn't have time to photograph them all.
