At Little Rock's Union Station, about
1:10 a.m. on Thursday, October 21, 2004, northbound Amtrak 22, the
Texas Eagle, had two private cars on the rear, the "Evelyn Henry"
(#800149) and "Warren R. Henry" (#800148). "Creative Charters" was
written on each car. Here are 4 photos. The dome car, "Warren R.
Henry," was in the dark at the end of the train, so I had to get an
8-second exposure, but it showed up nicely. Also, there are small trees
and shrubs where they were spotted, so I couldn't get a straight shot
from the side. They were on their way to Albany, New York and
originated in Houston. They were occupied.

The "Warren R. Henry" dome car at the end of the train. I had to aim
the camera in the dark and took this 8-second exposure at F2.8. Extra
power was required on this train because of these two private cars.

The "Evelyn Henry" - The train didn't stay long enough to play with the
camera settings, so it is somewhat overexposed since this car was under
the light.

Looking toward compass east at the station. The consist of Amtrak 22,
Texas Eagle, this night was: Lead locomotive Amtrak 34; second

Coach 34097; Coach 34022; Sleeper 32019; Pvt Car "Evelyn Henry"
#800149; Pvt Car "Warren R. Henry" #800148. The train was about one
hour late, not leaving until 1:15 a.m.

Closeup of the name. I ran this one through the automatic enhancement
tool of Paint Shop Pro, as I also did the first one above.
